Does anyone know the width of it across the pivot end?

BigMac, the standard sprockets for the Z1, Z1A & Z1B series and the Z900-A4 are 15 t front ~ 35 t rear. Don't know what the other available sizes are. RegardZ.

Sorry Retro, wrong thread, above! I'll transfer it in a minute.
Now, width of the swing-arm bare is 220 mm.
When you add the bearing flanges you have 226 mm.
Then, allowing for grease caps you have 228 +- 1mm.
I have a frame somewhere I'll probably be able to give you a more accurate measurement.
RegardZ.

Thanks those measurements will do to start with. I guess the frame measurement will give something similar, just gotta find a nice modern donor unit to fit.

cheers
