Guyz anyone know a source in the Uk for kits to convert 630 to 530 chains(Suzuki Gs1000)??

You need a JTR816 rear sprocket. List of models in this link.

Then you need a JTF513 front sprocket.
Probably the 18 tooth of a 1250 bandit would be best.

The go buy something like a 120 link chain and chop off what you don't need.

Sorry for the lateness of my reply.
I wanted to mention about the locking tab-washer. Not sure what they have on the Suzuki, however every 530 front sprocket I've purchased has two 6mm screw holes at a different PCD than the usual small tab-hole.
I usually make up a tab washer as per pic.
I used to make them out of sheet stainless until I stuffed my hole saw!
