I presume that one off a z650b1 would be too small?

Scott,

Do you have spoked or cast wheels?

Steve, It's a spoked wheel.....I know Zpower do one for the cast wheel.....and I've found one for z650 but I presume it's too small?......I could glue some rubber on as a last resort but would prefer to find a new one, that would last me for my lifetime

Pretty rare then. :roll: part No. 42014-028 (As I'm sure you're already aware) is only listed as being common to these three models;

KZ1000-A1 (KZ1000) (1977)
KZ1000-A2 (KZ1000) (1978)
KZ1000-A2A (KZ1000) (1978)

That one states that it is obsolete.....I've found one or two advertised but when you get to the checkout they state obsolete :roll: there's got to be one somewhere

The "inner tube" trick works fine ! my gpz11 ut has it done at present , and has not cost a penny ! :lol: all you are doing is taking up 1 or 2 mm of slack due to wear ?
