What he means is the Zephyr 750 does not have a low front engine mount, just the front mount below the block.

I will have access to the Kawasaki proper parts portal tomorrow. I will shove the engine number into that. It'll come up with the exact model :)
Why do I persist in debating with idiots ? I really should know better :)

So it only has a single front mount.

Ill just get as much of it 'mounted' as poss then see what mods are needed to get it sorted. I think zed105s idea is the easy way to go.

750 ZEPHRE/ 750 TURBO / GPZ750 / GT 750 / ZR750 DON'T USE THE LOWER MOUNTING . IF I WHERE YOU I WOULD GET SOME SPACERS MADE UP OUT OF ALUMINIUM OR STAINLESS + YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE LOWER MOUNTING IF YOU ARE NOT USING RUBBER MOUNTINGS OTHERWISE IT WILL VIBRATE

Just looked at my Zephyr 750 V5 and the engine number is 15000 higher than yours ratch so i wouldn't be surprised if it's zephyr or gt cases, so would be rubber mounted

Zed105 - is there no way to just use what I have here? It looks like some beefy spacers would do the trick...?

Take a look at the front mounts of the ZR 750 Zephyr, ZR7 and GPX 750.

Are these no use then?

Hi Kev.

So these would cure my woes?

I can already see that the triangular bracket with the extension is just what I need.

And the other 2 mounts will fill the paces I have on the lower mounts.

They seem perfect - I take it by sending these links you're saying this is what I need?

Those will not do it.
There is no std kawasaki configuration that uses your combo of frame and cases.
You will need to make up some one off mounts and spacers.
I would also consider going up on the engine bolts size for those from 10mm to 12mm to aid rigidity and reduce flexing.

All clear now lads ths is for all the help. Didn't pay any attention to the casings as I figured they'd all bolt in and just used the cleanest set I had.

Gotta find a ms huge shop now - you wouldn't believe how crisp London is for this kind of thing.
