Zed 900 road racer .

Bit more progress.
Painted the rear caliper mount and got it all finished and fitted .
This allowed me to fit the footrests, hoses and bleed the brake.
Bulky reservoir will probably be replaced by a short length of clear hose.
Other side got new sprocket studs and nuts and is ready for chain fitment.
Front end got the bars fitted and controls . R1 starter/kill switch now serves as Horn and kill.
The bars were stripped of the gunmetal and repainted black.
All this means i can junk the wooden stand and it's now capable of standing on it's own two wheels .

Going to put the cat amongst the pigeons here ... but I recon you should stick with the Alloy seat (Zed butt style) that you made.
