I just need some basic Z1000 info please, as I don't have a service manual at this time, I am sure the info is on this site somewhere but I can't find it.

Which Denso plugs.
Plug gap size.
Tyre pressures.

and do you need to re-jet to use pod filters?

DENSO W24ES-U,gapped at 0.7mm.
The Platinum plugs are W24ES-ZU
The Iridium plugs are IW24.

Tyre pressures are: 26 (f) 31 (r) or 26/36 with pillion.
As for jetting, go up 10% on mains to start with to be safe. Is that with a 4-1 pipe too :?:

If its a 4-1 as well as hi-flo filters, this can lean things out a tad more, but I'd still think 10% increase should be a good starting point :wink:
The 4-1 should be less restrictive, so in theory, allow more mixture to flow, therefore an increase in fuel & air must be catered for :|
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
