rwhs classics in Stafford had a nice blue one last year, no hint of green in it, ive been looking for a picture of one, its blummin hard to find, bit odd really :shock:

RWHS use the most shite painter I have ever seen.

Stripes wrong, colour wrong !

This is what got me interested in the 1000 in the first place :D

Agreed Dogz!

Interesting to see how much metalflake is visible there.

Seems to have the same lustre and depth of the earlier paint schemes - unlike the Diamond wine Red which always seems far flatter.

From the evidence of how my old DSB KZ's faded, I would still say the factory achieved the depth of colour using a tinted candy over silver metalflake base, rather than a solid colour.

Very interested to see the results.

I really like the old a1, usually get wire wheels on 'em, which is nice.

Trouble is the Big K f**cked right up on the a1 colours, they are all boring imo.

Prefer a2 colours much more, or z1b blue !
