Well put the bike in van and took it for a drive to check my bodge it wheel alignment
I was only 5mm out

So got it home and pulled the rear wheel out

Removed spacer that I've got to make 5mm thicker and after some carefull measuring and best efforts with my crayons came up with this

I gave these to a good friend who will make this for me so on e I e got a rear brake sorted I can get the spacer made for the other side then the wheel alignment is done. Only taken 2 years !!!!!
Also orderd a 15mm offset front sprocket today from debbens things are moving along

Here is the chain run might have to take a few mm off the sprocket carrier but coming along

So I got my marving exhaust from padders thanks lad !
So I installed it and then one thing led to another and I cleaned the carbs out and run it up

Settings on the mikuni's 36mm

17.5 pilots
126 mains
Mixture screws turned out to 1 3/4 - 2 turns

Not perfect but best I've had em running so here is a video

Having a play around with the rear light

Been a week or so not done much to the bike so i got out there today to address chain rubbing problem on the swing arm

This was the problem


As you can see there is a point that touches to arm, So this happened



Then i cut a small slot in the existing material and hammerd it flat to remove the curve turned it up side down and droped into place



Got to get this welded up but i should now have no problems with the chain run
