advice on wheels
Hi, new to the forum and already asking for advice! I've got a z1000 B3 Ltd and I'm looking at changing to spoked wheels. Can anyone tell me if the wheels from a z1000 A2 would be interchangable for disks/spacers/cush drive etc? Anyone done a similar conversion and got any tips. Cheers mikeyboy

change for z1000a2 wheels
Mikeboy,
Be aware that the Ltd runs with a different caliper to the A2, i have had an experience where is mistakenly used a Ltd rhs wheel spacer and found that on my A2 i could not tighten the wheel satisfactorily in place----it was obvious that it was not right and it was down to the spacer being about 6mm thinner--i think that the one i used first was the Ltd spacer.
It was easily sorted --i used the A2 spacer an dit was back to normal
There you go
