#1 PostAuthor: royboy » Sat Aug 17, 2013 12:52 pm

hi all
do you know if the z650 wheels will fit the z900 A4,+ bike was charging
14.6v across battery now only 12 to 13.2v,tried to check the 3 yellow wires from stator but getting 18.2 on all 3 wires am I doing some thing wrong.
when running with lights on they are dim and when revving up the lights get bright.asking because battery goes flat { new battery }would flat battery
cause missing at low rpm.

Battery problem would be your regulator/rectifier unit.

The axle is smaller on the rear of a Z650. It's 17mm as opposed to the Z900's 20mm so you would have wheel bearing issues at least.
Why do I persist in debating with idiots ? I really should know better :)

Z650 rear spindles are only 17mm. I have one on my bench. Z900's use 20mm rear spindles...
