Im thinking of removing the kick start & blanking off. How hard is it to remove the shaft?

To remove the shaft you need to split the cases, major job, pmc do a cover for the shaft that looks quite tidy.

Or you will find, if my memory serves me right from 25 years ago, the top of a bottle of brut will go over the shaft held on with a large dob of blue tac. :oops: :oops: :oops:
