Z1000 A2/ST carbs

Will a set of 28mm ST carbs work on an A2 as a straight replacement or with jet changes. I can get hold of ST carbs but will probably struggle with A2's, can anyone advise before I ask John Browse if he has a set

Paulstrees, usually a suitable 28 Mikuni Kawasaki 1000cc carb will interchange with another standard 1000cc engine, of similar year models, without any major jet changes. Changes that are not easy to accomodate are vacuum arangements with petrol flow, air-box verses pods, Four-into-one exhausts verses others (twin etc). ...... RegardZ
