Ralph, I`m sorry to say that due to my holiday starting just one week later I will not be able to come this time.

I will however be passing your neck of the woods on the 8th August about lunchtime if anyone is around for lunch ?

I`ll be staying overnight at my sisters in Clevedon and setting off for Cornwall in the morning. A stop off for lunch with some of you SW guys will be great.

After a great weekend in Yorks and the following discussions with Mrs TLC I may yet come.

In her words "I don`t mind if you go to Ralphs rally, it just depends on wether you can get the time off work".

I think this has something to do with CB, and Anns` great regard for her. Foolish woman my wife

Will see nearer the time.

I`ll text the girls and see if they can make it

Glad you can make it Padders - long time no see :D

This B&B has 4 rooms available on the Friday night and 3 for the Saturday night. The lady says that early booking is important as they are likely to get booked soon, could be a sales pitch - dunno - looks nice enough from the photos http://www.thechapellodge.co.uk/

There are a good number of B&Bs in both Somerton and Street which are prolly cheaper, but then you're looking at booking a taxi, but if enough get together it needn't cost an arm and a leg - at the Yorx rally six of us clubbed together on the taxis so it only worked out at a quid a head :D

There is a very nice place which I have a brochure for, which is a similar cost, and has availability for our dates and I have talked to the lady running it who sounds really nice. I can e-mail the brochure if anyone wants it.

Hope you and Ann can make it Chris - I think CB would be very please to see Ann again, though there is always a danger of them going shopping together in Street  a filthy habit not to be encouraged

Is there some rule that says you're only allowed so much fun in one month?

Even after 650 miles in three days on the Old Gurl for the Yorx, riding about on business this week (too tight to use the Jeep  ), Thursday bike night at Weston-Super-Mare, and prolly some riding about on Saturday, I'm still off on a charity run on Sunday :D Weekend after I've got it in mind to ride up to Iron Bridge for the day with CB :D I just can't get enough of a good thing. I rode bikes through the winter so this fabulous weather is just iiirrrrresssiiiisssstttaaaabbbblllleee
