The weather wasn't exactly perfic ... but we had twelve to dine and only one person turned up in a four wheeled vehicle! I wont grass them up, as at least they did show
though I suspect their guilty secret won't be hidden for long
I have to admit I didn't drag the Old Gurl out in the rain - but my FJ is now filthy.
Piglets DR was the only bike that looked at home in the shitty conditions
We all had a good scoff and a good chat.
Those who braved the elements were Rob (Rimmer), Jumbo, Spunky, Taffus, Pigford, Mikey, Mikey's sprogg, Ginger Bear, Jack, Alison, CB and er me
My thanx go to all who made the effort in such crap weather and many of whom had quite a long ride

Hey Guys
Nice to meet up with you all today. The Devon boys on their 30+year old Zeds had a great run back in the dry but the ride up was as wet as a wet thing, it was OK though as I had my 100% waterproof waterproofs on which turned out to be totally 100% leaky. Got home at 6 washed the bike and now looks wonderful again. Who says you need a modern bike to have fun on

Start with the end in mind....
good day had by all, really wet on the way up had to question why I was doing it, but the lads I rode up with made it fun taking the piss out of ourselves. Great to meet all the others again, nice location. The ride back turned out to be dry and quite quick in places, got home washed the bike off.
Looking forward to more rides and meets.

I DONT CARE, IN OR OUT BUT IM ENJOYING THE DEBATE......................ARMSTRONG MT500. a pushbike, waves.....addict, no offence
A good day out and also good to meet some new faces and "old" faces !! Weather was not so good but made it exciting being blown around by the wind and driving rain.
Maybe for the next trip the Highways Agency could lay some new tarmac on the A30, that road is crap in places !

A30 sounds great - only fekked in places

So great to see alll you guyz today.
I think you guyz had best vote in a new South West rep with a better handle on the weather - whatever bleeding date I choose ... it always pisses down

Well the rally has to be in the sunniest part of the year ???? Surely it can't rain at the end of July ????!!!!
