oil & neutral light
Been out on my z1000 today and have noticed the oil & neutral light don't work intermittely. check inside head light all seems OK no bad or loose connections should i be looking else where
have a look at the fuze box . you may be getting an itamitent fault there rather than a blown fuze . my old girl has a habbit of shakeing lose her fuzes so that the eletric start wont work . or the tail light stopes working . just a quick puch at her box seams to solve the issue . maybe it will yours too good luck

I had a similar problem on my Rickman which as far as the electrics is the same as your bike. I found that one of the connector blocks wasn't 100% and when I moved the bars that caused the problem. I managed to clean the connections as best as I could and then used two cable ties to hold it tight together
