My 73 #1899 has only STANLEY EY 61445 JAPAN at 90 degrees from the screws on both sides of the lens. I believe these are original. My other bike has other things on it.

Bingo CraZ1 - I got 4 of them - came fitted to the bike. 2 are damaged but I'll make good and refit'em.
