Ill 2nd that piggy had a kh 250 myself and me bro did and me mates at the time either had khs or suzuki GTs one even had a boiler, mind you, you wouldnt want to come across the one in rbs pic at a set of traffic lights.

Think I'd have to be a greedy bugger and have both. Would love an H2 in the garage along side the Zed if funds ever allowed..............and an RD400 and a FS1E :D :D

Fitzer You don't half talk a load of bollox. my other bike was a Blackbird and i'm after a BMW1200GSA now, as for the smokers ban the lot never were anygood just taught mechanics how to work faster to get them on the road for another wee while and so it goes on an on and on, If rick would stop fixing the bloody things we'd soon be rid of them.. :lol:

Like most my age the choice when 17 was a 2 stroke of some description as the four stroke 250`s were less desirable.
Mine was a KH250 as they were cheap !

Stands to reason then that the larger bore brothers were desired by my age group.

Davy, I think you are a little older than me and maybe your age group were still on the British bike thing ?

I never fancied a Brit bike at all. Just a quirk of circumstance you understand :D

Looks aside, an h2 would eat a z on acceleration, my z1000 is like a pushbike compared to my h2 in the lower gears !
