Starting point of something.....(stupid,probably?)...

#1 PostAuthor: dixiethedog » Sun Mar 22, 2009 10:55 am

I had a spare few minutes earlier,so decided to try to mock up (one of many)a project! I havent decided on an engine yet,but the choices I have are Gpz750 (boring),Yamaha fj1200 ,torquey and gsxr750,racey. I also have a complete gsx1260efe,which I could borrow the motor from,as long as it goes back eventually. I become redundent from work on the 24 April,so from then I plan to have time off to muck about with bikes! By the way,the ride height is about where I want it,and I plan to run daytime mot only with no lights,I have 2 sets of bodywork, which one set will be kawasaki green and the other either z1000r white or gpz1100 red???

lol, daytime mot's rule,by the time I put number boards on the sides of the swingarm (to hide the welding!!!),I'll be a magnet for the police!! I plan to mount the legal size (yuck!) reg plate on a hinge on the side of the swingarm, which Will fold up for parking(and speed camera's)(thats a joke of course!). Triumph's rule as well!
