I have just found this thread.

I hope you were not the guy who wanted some Moriwaki stickers from me

for the tank ?

ps. "have you seen steve elliott moriwaki taken 20 years to do."

Sorry lads but I find that very insulting...I built my bike in 1985 and have

messed around and modified it ever since...

it did not "take 20 years to do" Compo....it is 23 and still counting ! :gom

I got a years subsription to Bike mag for my birthday last year. It`s almost up and I won`t be renewing. Compared to the Mid 70`s mags they are absolute crap :??

The problem is the Bikes` just ain`t pretty to look at.
And the journalism just ain`t what it used to be.

Modern bikes with their hooge exhausts have to have clever rear suspension just to get them to fit under the tail piece !

FECKIN` UGLY I SAY

I don`t doubt that an R6 can do 100 and whatever MPH but you have to do that to have any kind of fun - Do you not ?

breather

#63 PostAuthor: grahamm » Sat Feb 21, 2009 10:45 pm

Hi Mick,
The engine breather pipe goes into a small catch tank compartment that we made part of the battery box.(we run a tiny battery)It has a drain plug underneath and exit stub on top for a pipe to run up the rear seat framework and exit at back of seat unit.
any help ?

breather

Graham

Thanks for this. I can probably mount a collector box in the cavity where the airbox used to be. Venting to the rear seems eminently sensible. Bit like my old Royal Enfield although that was about an inch in diameter.

Regards

Mick

chris its not the mph its the advanced suspension thats the key the r6 over
the 90's fzr 1000 is far advanced :?: try and corner z at the same speed as this r6 then your DEAD. that simple.
