Phil the BSA is actually a B40 350 - he's just finished putting it like that for the bloke who owns it and I'd say he'd be less than impressed to find it all 'fightered up when he comes to get it. K6 front and back ends?

Dave the tyre'll be a 160 which looks pretty fat on a Zed and doesn't need mad amounts of sprocket offset. It's a 4.5" wheel.

I think you could do with adding a bit of bling to the milk crate - a bit of tin foil covering it will do wonders to improve things :D

Resurrecting this post from four from the bottom - it has taken almost two years to do what should have taken about three weeks due to shit happening. It feels mighty positive to now be at this stage after all this time. How some of you guys put together projects in a few months beats the shit outta me.

It's going to be battery powered then Chris??

Does the zrx swing arm just slot right in or do you need to modify it in any way, well Im guessing thats a zrx swing arm.

Al I'm hoping to fit an actual engine later this week if I can find somewhere else for the battery box.

ZRX arm needs a few spacers made up and the shock mounts modified on the bike as described some years ago at the start of this thread but it's not far off as a starting point.

Think positive - at least the garage looks better now but I'd be seriously worried about the bookshelf
