i would say yes john i bought a full set of newly painted "j" bodywork as it was cheap. and i must say i like the tank better that the original.
once again thanks for your words of encouragement ive had had more here in 2 weeks than i had in a year on a american site i guess highly modified bikes doesn't float everyone's boat.

First things first run into some problems,
This started when I said yeah it will bolt straight on!
So don't say that ok!
When the tree's arrived I looked at them for what seemed hr's lol.
More I looked at them more things I found needed changing.
Stem was fatter at both ends so of course bottom bearing wouldn't
Go on no matter how much I looked at it from my stool while drowning my sorrows with beer.
so I started a list of thing that need to be done and to be honest I knew right there the list was not going to be short.
While the stem was out I asked machinist to drill a hole in the bottom for my new paddock stand to slip into.
then your love this the lower tree's were 1mm to small and the forks wouldn't slide down, so back to the machinist who is always happy to see me by now.
While he was opening up the lower tree's he bored out the billet actuator plate for the zx slave, which needed a little elongating of the holes for the bolts to line up.
Needed a custom axle because the busa front end is wider, hade the machinist to make it and requested castleated nuts on both ends.
He did a nice job very happy with his work.
Made a pair of spacers for the front wheel to be dead center which took ages, filing 1mm by hand sucks!
Picked up a cheap set of sidewinder headers just out of curiosity, would allow the deep sump to be installed.
Have to get some spacers made for the rotors to line up with the calipers.
Need brake lines, rear foot pegs, some re wiring, coil mod, fab a bracket for the steering damper.
