Just checking BT45 sizings for 73 Z1

#1 PostAuthor: MaineKZ » Wed Feb 04, 2009 3:12 pm

Sorry - boring boring......

I am right in thinking the correct sizes are:

Front - 100/90 - 19

Rear - 120/90 - 18

Should these be V rated? - given that my goggles blow off if I tip much over 83 mph :D

you can get bt45's in the correct imperial sizes of 3.25/19 and 4.00/18 just to let you know as 100/90 are a bit big and they affect the turning

73 z1 brown
74 z1a brown
75 z1b red
75 z1b blue

Quotes for BT45's carriage is 10.00 for 2 sets , will be ordering mine from here as they seem to be the most reasonable other than importing from the US ! :

Thanks for your query

The tyre prices are as follows;

120/90VR18 £73

100/90VR19 £64

I went to M&P - they're always pretty keen on pricing.

Decided to stay with OEM sizings

3.25 H19 - £63
4.00 H18 - £75

£5.99 delivery

TT100's? - look OK on classic tractors - but that's about it :D
