To keep everyone happy ... how about 31st July to 2nd August ?

I really have to set a day soon, so will this fit in with all? ... or at least most?

I want to design and print some posters and stuff to promote this event so if there are any serious objection please say now or ..... :??

I have made a preliminary booking with the venue and so will print the tickets as soon as I have inspected the pub and tested their ale and pies!

Be good to see yers again Jumbo.

We'll have a number of meeting throughout the year at the venue. As soon as I have everything sorted with the Pub I'll be organising the first meeting for 2009 as there seems to be enthusiasm for it!

Ralph ..... as I fancied the Scots Rally this year & yours ( as I couldn't make it last year ) It had to be a toss of the coin as the rallies are only a week apart ............
