okay it needs replacement front mudguard, new headlight shell
there are two broken fin's on the cyclinder head
wiring a bit iffy
I now have it running fairly smoothly
it starts first kick but despite two hours of fine tuning today the carbs are still not balancing
there is a bad oil leak from the altenator casing
some idiot also removed the double gear for the starter motor
when I got it it was fitted with bellmouths
now I have fitted K&N's

Can't see enough of the carbs to tell,
Astralites look to be the old tubed ones and the front has a dink, but that can be sorted.
Koni Dial-a-rides,

Maybe running too big pilot jets for a smooth tickover / main jet, fitted with 25s as std with air screw set about 1.5 turns out. Better off reducing the pilot size to 17.5 or 20 and running with air screws just off seated to 1/2 turn out.
