z1b crankcases wanted
Does anybody have a pair of matching crankcases for sale with numbers in the correct range for a Z1B ? I can pay cash or I have a good pair of 900A4 cases that have no damage but need cleaning that would trade.
Cheers chaps.

naughty boys
stamping new numbers is naughty. [my name is earl], in that case why not put some kawasaki badges on a h.;/da c90 and put that on ebay. no offence meant. the reason i am sticking my oar in is because i am in a similar situation with my z1a, do i dont i.

The reason I ask is because before my bike(Z1B) was imported from usa some muppet had already stamped the engine but the berk has stamped the engine with the prefix Z1F rather than Z1E. I know this was done in the states as it matches the info on the import papers and UK issued V5. I'd like to put this right with an untampered pair of cases.

i might have a set of z1b cases in the future pasc, but i need a set of z1a cases first. also im in no rush as the bikes running well at the mo. even if i find a set of cases now, im still going to wait till the engine needs some work before i change them. if your bike is running ok pasc, why not do the same? i dont mind promising my cases to you in the future, if thats any help.

Mick, thanks for the offer. Very good of you.
Paul, if you can track down a pair that would be great. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much. That might also be a good opportunity to visit the family in Co Cavan for a day or two. I do have a pair of what I think are z900 ltd cases that I would also be willing to swap / trade. If it comes to it I will build the engine into the LTD cases but would really like to get my hands on the correct ones.
