can anybody help me with jetting on a z750 4cyl running 125 main jets k\n filters with custom made 4 into 4 drag pipes. i dont know original size of jets so not sure were to start. may be 115 jets? running poorly at moment.

the standard size on a gpz750 is 125. i fitted a dyna jet kit to mine and the main jet was a 180!!!!!. you would also need to fit an air corrector jet with about a .3 hole in it. i will check mine tomorrow and find out exactly. you will also need to move the needle clip. i will be intouch unless someone on the site can give you a bit more info

thanks big green bus but not sure if the jetting on gpz is the same as early z750. 180 sounds allot. but your info will be appreciated.

If you go to the Kawasaki part search facility you should be able to find a parts schematic that tells you the jet size:

asked one of the earlystock lads and he says you are waisting your time without a dynajet kit and you do run 180 jets with the kit but the needles are longer (in the kit)
