Club stand at Stafford
Moderators: KeithZ1R, chrisu, paul doran, Taffus
I don't know the cost of posting but it's not going to be that much at about 2kg.
Please re-cap as to why I have done this in the first place......
You guys know far much than I ever will about the Z1 and its derivitives, and I feel this is the only way I can repay the club in making the stand more attractive and professional looking.
The only other thing I can do is stick the old Saxon Turbo on the stand to help 'draw in' potential paying club members. When all is said and done, the successful survival of the Z1OC depends not only on its current paying members, but also potential paying members.
Also, I have hopefully attracted 'Russ Savory' of the 1970's S+S Performance to make an appearance on the club stand at Stafford this year. Russ is an extremely successful tuner, having gone through the Kawasaki GP race team, and on to produce 500+bhp motors for current Caterham and Rallycross cars.
Come on guys, not one person has replied on my proposal of a 'pinboard', where each and every Z1OC member can come along and add a bit of nostalgia to the club.
Regs, Will

Will,re the pinboard. I seem to remember we tried this at Stafford several years ago and it wasn't a success. This may have been partly down to the amount of space we had on the stand.
It's worth having a word with Jerry, he will be back from holiday at the weekend.

Baz.
As Phil suggested, I'll talk it over with Jerry first and then update accordingly.
Banners - On Monday I shall be placing an order for 5 x ELR/Z1 banners for:-
Hobbo
Fer
Doran
Guyzed
Phil Churchett
If anyone other 'paid up' Z1OC member wants one then let me know via PM by Sunday night at the latest. As stated they will be around the £40 mark and I'll be taking them all to the Stafford show.

Sorry Harry, I didn't get a PM from you. Besides, I've had to order them already so I can't take anymore orders.
5 only, for the above as mentioned.

Guys
After speaking to Jerry, it has been confirmed that these banners should ONLY be available to Z1OC area reps for club stands etc.
Therefore, only the following people will be collecting them from me at the Stafford venue:-
Paul Doran, Andy Ferry & Phil Hobson.
Sorry but this is the decision of el presidente
Paul, Andy, Phil - I'll let you know the cost shortly as I'll pay for them direct then we'll settle up at the show.
