hi all, if i put a 17'' front wheel in z900 is it posable to get the speedo recalabrated?

Not sure, but Chris Rivett is the person to speak to.
His no is in the Services section of the club magazine.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

I had one of those kph - mph converted gear box thingy-ma-gigs on me old Gixxer...... :lol:
That slows down the revolutions from the wheel to fool the kph speedo & therefore you can read it as mph :wink:
This will have the same effect, so if you fit a 17" wheel....
Won't be spot on but not far out.
I can't be arsed to calculate the difference :??
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Wot I meant woz.... compare the difference between the gearing of the kph - mph, against the difference between the circumference of the std 19" wheel vs the 17" wheel :?? To see how near it would be :shock:
