A big hello to everybody

2 pics of the bike as it is now. Bit tight for space so not that good.
Got a weak/intermittent sparking problem at the moment but run out of time checking it today.
Also waiting for the old fella to make me up 2 new contectors for the new oil cooler pipes where they connect to the engine. The ones i have have a larger connection that standard and i need a 45deg angle on the new ones
to avoid the engine casing.
Once these are sorted it will be ready to fire up, may need to scrounge a set of standard carbs(Jack) to do this as i have a set of kehins which will need setting up, and i want to avoid fannying around with this, to avoid the inevitable problems with it firing up anyway.
Off on hols Thursday for a week and busy as f**k at work so nowt will be done until around the 28th at the earliest.

Catch you all later

ps..i love the Kerker even if i say so myself

Yeeeeee Haaaaaaaa shes alive !!!!

Sorted out all connectors and brackets for oil cooler and have put her back together and she fired up after only 4 turns.
Big thanks to Jack for the loan of the carbs, one doesnt seem to be running correctly and run out out of time trying to clean them out etc.
Going back to mates Sunday to spend a bit of time trying to get her running right, fingers crossed it will go ok and it will be all systems go.

Will post some more pics and update you all ASAP.

Well her she is, all together but not quite fully functional yet. Starts on the button everytime and sounds sweet :D . And amazingly not a single leak anywhere (fingers crossed it stays like it).Not running right though, carbs not shutting down correctly when you throttle down . Took one apart (hope you dont mind Jack) to have a look and the needle was worn and slightly bent. Also having poblems getting the front brakes to bleed through properly. Have got a mightyvac kit and it pulls through fluid but the brake is very spongy and the flow of fluid has lots of air coming through with it. Have taken the master cyclinder off and "bench" bled it and it seems ok and also taken one of the calipers off and it seems to be working ok as well.I have another old master cylinder which im cleaning up and will try that next week.Any ideas guys?
Aiming for MOT on 20th Sept if i can get the brakes sorted.
(sorry pics aint to good but they just isnt any room to move in my mates place)
