1978 Z1R wiring diagram

Hello All,

Ihave been searching the forum seems to be a vast wealth of info, I recently purchased a 78 Z1r and would like to find a wiring diagram. bike is in excellent shape will need paint and has a couple of wiring gremlins but I am very pleased with the purchase. I plan on restoring it to pass the time. Also does anyone have a recommendation on a manual for this particular model. All inqueries welcome and thanks in advance. I am located in Ontario Canada and also ride a slightly modified Kawi Nomad 02

Welcome to the Z1OC

There is only one manual worth buying and that's the Kawasaki workshop manual no ifs or buts ... I bought one for my bike off e-bay. You may have to wait a while but it is really the only sensible way forward. Mine has plenty of ingrained oil etc, but the info is pukka

I forgot what I was going to write watching you aviatar, no I really did. I wll post pics of the bike soon, if you happen to have a wiring diagram that is scanable it would be greatly appreciated
