The browser needs to be able to read the file format in order to display it. A picture is generally either in .gif or, in this case, .jpg format. Anything written directly behind the .jpg confuses it. In this case it's trying to look for a .jpg?t=1211798990 format - which obviously doesn't exist. Chop out anything after the .jpg

Just looked out the side panel mountings i removed from the frame,if you want them PM me your address.
