Can any one help ??? can some one tell me the best way to remove and refit carbs correctly ,,,,i am having a lot of trouble with the 4 rubbers that fit between the carbs and the filter box...i nearly split them when takin them off ,,so putting them back ...no chance....

you will have to get some new rubbers as the old ones go stiff and brittle had the same prob on my LTD

are they normally stiff or do they
not age very well

When new they are soft and subtle and relatively easy to fit, but they harden over time and when hard they are a nightmare to fit, you can warm them in hot water and fit them in a warm atmosphere to help but new is the way to go if you can.
