Chris, this chain-oil bottle and pump items are as rare as rocking horse droppings. They pull ridiculous prices on E-bay (even more than those early tool kits. However, it appears you have the main components. I don't think you will find what you are after, you may have to compromise.
The oil level gauge may be made, as it is really only a piece of round black plastic, shaped to look original, drilled and fitted with a steel 1/8" rod, to act as the stem with some markings on it. The plastic needs to look smart, as it protrudes thru the side cover and is a push-fit into the plastic bottle.
The filler cap I think, if you look around you will find something that looks the part to stop the oil spilling or becoming contaminated. There is no filter just a spout at the bottom to take the 1/4" tubing. If this is the piece you are missing again resort to the compromise. Get it all going then look for the original parts, slow-time!
