I am going to love watching progress on this project.....superb!
I love to see all those ugly bits get hacked off the frame.
The Auto cad drawing is very impressive...... I am intrigued as to what sort of USB attachment you have that is gonna turn it into a steel frame gusset!
have you got anything in mind for the paint yet?

this arrived in the post yesterday
a big thumbs up to Ian Marshall for this cheers bud
so with plenty of filling I have the repair section roughly in place
I will fettle later when i have borrowed another frame for a reference I also received my CDS tube in the post its worth having a ring around for this as the price varies wildly, some jokers in wales wanted ?60 for three 330 mm lengths I don't think so i eventually found a nice chap who sold me 2 meters for ?21 inc postage
and lastly a shot of the girlfriends Zepher

Normal transmission has resumed
Hi well lots of things have conspired to stop the project but I can now get on with it
I have finished bracing the frame and its all been zipped up all that’s left welding wise is the pillion footrests I think I will go for some from PMC as like the look of them
And here’s a picture of the clocks I’m going to use
Initially I was going to use standard clocks but looking at the top yoke and the key position made me go for the ZR clocks sorry about the crap images but I only have the mobile phone
