zed the best ride of your life ...... so far
I will be at Epsom on Sunday with a 1912 New Hudson kick off 0838 thats in the a.m.
Bikes start to leave early like about 8.00 or possibly sooner and once there gone the spectators either look around for something to do and there is nothing or follow on at a discrete distance using alternative routes in many cases. Best thing is to find breakfast at that end if possible, blast to Brighton and find lunch. Wander round some and see the state of some of the stuff that made it and just marvell at the impossible task they have just completed.
I'll be in a white SWB transit van. See if you can spot me! Come and say hello or something nearly intelligible for that time in the morning. Should be there from 8.00 ish.
P.S. I would imagine all bikes would be gone before about 9.00 - 9.30 or so.

ride out
A ride out sounds good to me weather permitting

I lived in Epsom for a while and went a good few times. It`s worth knowing the bikes are set off 5-10 mins apart,[safer?],so the"start "is good
viewing.Old boyz, clothcaps push starting wicker basket combos!accidents do happen! It`seasy to find the route, just follow the line of conked out
bikes, having a picnic by the road side.Good chance you will see bikes
you`ve never heard ofbefore.

As requested Chris the; now 250 ish cc New Hudson from 1914 sorry made a mistake.
A good day was had by all in so far as i am aware. We left Brighton at three thirty and it chucked it down. All over the waterproof van horray.
Hopefully below should be a few piccys but i hope Kev Dean will be along in a minute and do a proper job of it.
