Changing MKII to Blade fuses

#1 PostAuthor: nicomkii » Tue Aug 16, 2016 2:47 pm

As per title has anyone done this ? My MkII main fuse shorted and umm :ops: melted a hole in said fuse box. Have done a temp job changing just the main fuse to blade and wedging that in.
Just looking for ideas at this stage as the Mkii fuses slipped in between the two metal tabs so limits on putting something in the existing area. Not fussed on period exact cover up but in the same token don't want them sticking out like the proverbial..

something like this looks the trick, no hurry now as have just scored a complete replacement from Japan so will take the time to source and fit something neat. Cheers for the heads up.
