Just fitted a rebuild kit to my ltd 1000 fuel tap
And it still leaks could the tap body be worn out?

Mikey,

Is it one of those taps with the conical insert that controls fuel flow.

if so they are next to impossible to get to seal once they develop grooves and start leaking in my experience.

Had the same problem with my gpz900r fuel tap
Still leaked after fitting a re build kit.
