Guyz two large o rings? one for the emulsifier tube and one for the choke lifter?

Two c clips one is for the needle position what is the other smaller one for? Thanks Paul j

O rings. Yes and Yes.
Circlips - Small for the jet needle.
Larger for the choke lifter bobbin.
