hi guys, does anyone know if a cracked magnet on a rotor can be repaired or replaced? or do I need to buy another rotor?? if so does anyone have a one for sale

Yes you can araldite the piece that has fallen out back into place.
Did mine and continued to use it for about five years and has still not failed.
That said; it did make me think about how secure it was when it was maxed out on the throttle.

great thanks, I had thought about aroldite, but at 120 for a repro I might push the boat out as ive just spent 2k on the cylinder head and had the crank welded and balanced . thanks for the reply so soon. frizzy

Is it just me or does a balanced crank and a glued up rotor seem like a retard move ? Get the right part and don't waste the rest of your work .
