a4 exhaust baffles

#1 PostAuthor: G » Sat Sep 05, 2015 4:52 pm

Can anyone confirm a couple of points please.
Are the a4 baffles removable (read in Dave Marsden book they werent)
If they are can you get repro replacements
Looking at mine they have a nut and bolt securing them plus a bar across to assist removal?

Cheers G

Undo the nut and bolt and heave away. They might come out easy but it not I spray wd or simular around them. then carefully knock them in slightly then more Lube and try puling again. You can buy new ones. I got my mate to make a few for me. Ive some early model ones i got him to make in stainless.

I'm sure z1enterprises do them.

It says they don't fit the z900a4 pipes but not sure if that's original ones or after market.
