I wish I could go to morcombe and get Wise!
thanks for the link chaps to the relay mod, but I still feel that this heap should work without unusual solutions, its simply a matter of finding someone who knows what the problem is and will fix it without a song and dance. Having looked around for an alternative machine and getting some honest answers from ebayers I think I would only get more problems from an ebay sale.
I cannot afford a ?15K rebuild so will simply wait until I find somewhere/someone who can help and has the time. I am in no rush any more and so can relax. To be honest wasting every day trying to fix this thing is not healthy. One has to know when one is beaten and move on to other things.
So I built my Revell Z900 kit over Christmas and it looks better than mine LOL!
Over the next few years I expect I will find a guru and I will see the light and ride off into the sunset.
Not much to ask for is it?
thanks all
Phil

Not many car factories left in the Midlands now, only the Jag at Castle Brom and Land Rover at Solihull. [Oh, and Morgan at Malvern].
If any of you are ever in Coventry, try and take a look round the motor museum there. They have a list of all the vehicle manufacturers in Coventry and surrounding area. There were hundreds.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

London Calling now you is going back some years
No it is not, shut down moons ago
A top pub in the 80s remember when the bike park used to be full at the weekends and one had to shimmy in between the bikes parked on the pavement to get to the entrance.
Those were the days.
After a while it fell into decline, then it turned into a student bar and changed its name and eventually it closed down.
