Just to confuse things I have just taken on the heap of all heaps as a winter project. The engine is a mk2 stamped KZT00AE 077704 and it has the smaller later mk2 rotor. Although Z Power site says MK2 engines start at KZT00AE 81566 I have found several Mk2 engines over the years in the late 70's number wise. Best check the rotor on yours and the ignition to be sure. I think yours is an A2 but noticed the ignition cover is for the later Mk2.

Clear as mud eh
