I love the look of the YSS ECO adjustables (progressive rate adjustment not stepped like Hagons):-

but couldn't find a UK stockist for the Z550 length. I found this very useful for comparing spring rates and eye sizes:-

I run IKONs on the Bonneville and they are good but I'd try YSS if I could find someone who actually sells them rather than pretending to.

They do look very nice, but would look out of keeping with the bike as it is still in std UK trim.

I like the Hagons on my z1000..I am around 13 stone and they work fine..They look original as well if that is important

In the end I have replaced them with a pair of special Ikon's that Z Power do.

They are a fully chrome version to match the original design, but they do not have the adjustable damper and as such a bit cheaper.
