I've noticed my front calipers have a bit too much up/down movement for my liking and will not ride now until this is sorted. One side is much worse than the other.
Took out both pairs of slide/bolts this morning and noted no 'O' rings, dust seals were there, but some wear on the shafts, and some on the caliper body/ housing too, hence the excess movement.
Q. is, what's acceptable in movement terms, and the best way forward. Would the missing 'O' rings cure the slack.
Piston seals were rebuilt previously and are still sound.
