did you buy the cd1 from z1bman's link?says 1988 gpz1100,unitrak had finished by then hadnt it?

the part no is correct for a gpz1100 /a1/a2. allthough it will fill the z1100r . the seller has made an error in the listing. the only difference is a slight difference in the full advance of the ignition

What effect will that have on my bike ? The number on the top of the cdi i bought is the same as the one that came off mine

the unitrak seems to have a different part number to the z1100r

yes it is a different part number but it will still do the job. as already mentioned only difference is the advance is slightly different
