Help - Parts missing in Lockheed front master cylinder

#1 PostAuthor: Big Fluff » Sun Jan 06, 2008 10:30 am

When I bought the Saxon turbo various parts were in bits, and it looks like the master cylinder has been tampered with.
It is the early type, Lockheed part No 16820, and I have ordered the seal repair kit CP2410-1RK. Upon ordering the kit, and with the parts in my hand, the guy from Norvil reckons there is a piece missing (see pic below).
Has anyone got an exploded parts diagram or can they shed any light on this matter.
This is almost the last job to do before the show.
Many thanks as always, BF.

Have you tried www.apracing.com?
They may be able to help with a diagram of the type of m/cyl you have.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

BF, my neighbour has just got a Norvil catalogue thru the post. I'll keep an eye out for him (he's just gone out for Sunday lunch down the pub) & see if I can borrow it & have a look for anything that may help
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Got a Norvil mag in me mits at this present moment Piggy, but alas nothing to shed light on. :glare
I have asked the main guy there (Les) to include a sketch/whatever with the kit they're sending me but apparently he's the only one in the shop with the knowledge and he's just buggered off for the rest of the month abroad.!

It's a wavey shim washer

I'll have a look if I still have one, let me know the outside diameter of the piston where the three little holes are.

It's 70" Rich, I take it sits where the red ring is in the pic? The kit that's coming should include one. As long as I know where it fits then that should be ok if you know what I mean...?

Thanks
