Rich get yer drift with the teddies women wear :drool

But as for teddybears :nik

I hate teddybears with a passion :mad

if i see one i am compelled to thump it :up

coz they think theyre cute and cuddly

There was once a teddy at work (hanging off a pull cord no arms or legs) everytime i walked past it i punched it :box

Then one day i noticed someone had stitched on a new set of arms and legs :no

yup you guessed

i (to the horror of the onlooking bystanders) tore off the arms and legs and threw them away :hys

a few days later teddy went AWOL

i got blamed for it no matter how much i confessed my innocence

the rap was on me for many moons after.

how do you upset a child or give it a real reason to cry

give its teddy a systematic brutal beating :spit

:hys :hys :hys

oooh and there was a time moons ago i used to get a lift to work off a guy built like a brick out house.
On his rear view mirror was dangling a teddy.
"oh hes cute he dressed all festive like" i say while giving teddy a tickle on the chin

"whats its name wes?" i ask

"Chris" he says smiling

"why chris?"

"he dress like Santa"

"aw shux thats really cute"

Then mr Hyde side surfaced and i hit the bear
this upset Wes bigstyle :bawl

"sorry wes, hey chris wanna play a game?"

"what game?" say wes

ROADRASH :skull
i opens the car door to lean out and erase chris into the tarmac at 30mph

This was more than Wes could handle and is desperately trying to grab the bear off me whilst driving, mega swerves :!:

i relent :x

but later in work Chris got kicked hung and stomped upon on the floor where i twisted me foot on his head like stubbing a smoke out

but good on Chris he took the digs well :up

Poor old wes was most distraught

:hys :hys :hys

Been a busy Piggy today........
Rebuilt forks with new seals & 169cc 10w fork oil x 2 :!:
I oiled inner fork surface where seals go first. Put seals in by hand and ensured they were square. Then I inverted fork slider/leg, putting seal onto a wooden board on the floor and carefully leant on leg to push seal in, checking it was square constantly. I managed to get it so only a couple of mm was sticking out proud of top of leg.
Next I got a rubber mallet, a large washer (slightly smaller in diameter than the seal) and a bit of wood dowel about 50mm long to sit on washer. Then bashed away until seal was seated enough to fit the correct washer & spring clip. The spring clip was not fully home, so I used the drift arrangement to slowly seat the seal home and watch for the clip to fully seat. As soon as the clip was seated I stopped bashing :!:
I managed to clean up the headlight 'ears' and shrouds with Autosol nicely, so won't need to re-chrome them.

After fitting the forks I fitted the front wheel & handlears.

Next I've put the rear wheel in place temporarily, as I need to make a bracket for the replacement rear caliper (off an ER6).

"What are those suspicous lookng magazines poking out from by your workmate in pic 3?" That's his porno collection

"And why are you using a Haynes manual?" He's only just got his first set of spanners give him a chance to make a few more mistakes

OK Mr Churchill, I've been caught, you can have your "Bus Weekly" magazines back, as now I've done you that favour and got them back off Rich :|
As for the Haynes manual, I had to check which wheel was back and front as it doesn't say on the rims, and I forgot to mark 'em up before I took 'em off
When this beast of a machine's finished you won't notice the background
