Winter Classic Show Newark: 3 & 4th Jan

#1 PostAuthor: Tonto » Mon Dec 15, 2014 12:36 pm

To try and combat "Cabin Fever" I'll be going to the Newark Classic Show again (that, and it's only 6 miles from my front door :D )
Anyone else thinking of going ?? http://www.classicbikeshows.com/event/t ... classic-2/

I enjoyed it not the greatest show but nice to get out with a few friends and meet some other club members. I managed to buy some stainless nuts bolts required for my project build.

Some very nice bikes on show especially a DR750 special

Better than sitting at home o a sat morning looking out at the rain.

Agree, not many stand but still some interesting bikes.

Maybe we could help by having a stand next year ?

Who is the area rep for Newark as it would be a shame for the show to disappear due to lack of interest :?:

Shame it was not as good as previous events: dont think I saw any Zeds there and only 2 Kwaks at the entire: a KH250 and a mint KH500.
Still, it was nice to have a bike related mooch about, on a cold and wet January day.
