Seals replaceable?

Anyone know if the seals replaceable on the end of the choke plungers?
Got one that's a bit iffy - one of the chokes was slightly open for many years.

Replacement units ain't too dear - if you can get that type? I got one for a H***** XRB500 carb a while back :!:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
