That is just a regular fuel system cleaner
Oh, better change it then, it does say it gets rid of water. :??

It's better than nothing as it'll allow the engine to burn the water in suspension in fuel, but it does little to counter the Ethanol acidic damage problem in the tank/carbs/fuel system. Nor does it aid the Ethanol proportion (10%) of unleaded to burn cleanly
Why do I persist in debating with idiots ? I really should know better :)

Our So Called Petrol

Wow thanks for the comments, didn't realise it was such a can of worms, but suppose it does concern us all, as to putting lead balls or bits of lead in, bit dubious about it as the lead in question was if I can still remember,
Tetra-ethyl lead which reduced knock or iffy ignition also acted as a lubricant but banned under a European directive to fall in line with Kyoto agreement. As an experiment to find out what is in today's go go juice, get a glass, clear jar put in four parts petrol one part water just be careful mix with a clean spoon and leave for twenty four hours or so, what is left on the top is, tadaaaa, petroleum spirit less the ethanol, hop it up with a petroleum distillate antiknock juice an you've got nice go go juice the 5% left in the bottom contains the water plus the nasties, fascinated to hear what snoties mate comes back with, I,d like to know which bit in the reaction dissolves certain plastics PVC, I know what causes corrosion that's easy, water, helped by being acidic , ehtanol, hydroscopic absorbs and concentrates moisture, present in the atmosphere, so I know about that bit.
Keep em coming great to know its not just me, Cheers all its time for a beer, birthday Friday just gone nursed the hangover from hell yesterday sat in conservatory typing this it's hailstoning pinging off the glass it's beer o'clock methinks, least it's not freezing!!!
